Just picked up my Subaru Forester from them today. Almost didn't recognize it looked so good. A great job on the body work and they even cleaned the interior to like new condition. Their attention to the detail and their artistry is highly recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal service. From start to finish, they handle my fender bender. An insurance claim I didn’t have any worries at all. I got the car back looks better than when I brought it in well, obviously, it looks better than when I brought it in. However, it looks better than it did even before the accident. I wish I could give this place more stars I would.

I wish I could give them 0 stars my experience was so terrible.stay away from these clowns at all cost .they took my wife's car in for an accident appraisal didn't check the car in for 2 days ,they tried to only diagnose the cosmetic damage and act like the very clear mechanical issues were non existent so they could get the job. after all of that they finally let insurance no they were not capable of diagnosing what the issue was in the front end. Then they proceeded to hold my car pending payment from a national insurance company that they work with and the company that is handling my claim .that was the last straw for me I will literally never in my life do any business with this shop again and I'm telling anyone that I no to stay far away from these scam artists.

Their estimates are OVER THE TOP high. Their estimates are so high- she said it costs more than the value of my car. She gave me numbers to junk yards. So if I didn’t get a second opinion on my 2011 car- my car would be in a junkyard. They also claim you need things- when you don’t. For example - I went in after I had an accident to get an estimate. And my seat belt had fallen off the part that connects it to the car. So I wanted to see how much to fix it plus the body damage from the accident. She claimed the seat belt was all locked up and I would need a new sensor because it attaches to the airbags. Went over to DC Collision to get another estimate- - “it’s not locked up. You don’t need that”. And their estimate- more than half the price. So we will definitely be using DC Collision instead. Here’s pictures of the accident damage- only a bumper, a light and the fender needed to be replaced. There was zero mechanical damage. B and D’s estimate was $7400!!!

I had to get my bumper repaired. My insurance Co. referred B&B so I went there. The people are friendly,honest,reliable,professional and my car was impeccable when I picked it up. I would recommend this business if you ever need your car repaired.
