This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a mechanic. I brought it to the shop to have an oil leak fixed. $1500 and a week without my car later I was told it's fixed. Picked it up and was very polite only to get home and notice I'm still noticeably leaking. Brought it back and now it's tranmission fluid that is leaking, I asked the mechanic if he could do this repair or if I should bring it to a dealer, his response was "we got this, no problem. I just need to get the part delivered". Fine, I've gone to these guys in the past and had great experiences so I trusted them. Only to drop my car back off with them and be without my vehicle for another week. I got a call finally saying the repair is done and it's fixed and paid another $1000. I got home and look down and you could have followed me back to my house with the way my car was leaking. Now they are telling me they have no idea what the issue is so essentially I was robbed and my car is worse now than it was when I brought it in to this place. The part that bothers me the most is the woman called me, lied to me on the phone, and told me that my car was fixed and took my money. They allowed me to leave their property KNOWING that my car wasn't actually fixed. Absolutely no morals. Never going back there again and will certainly let anyone I talk to know about what a scam this is

Anna runs the business with Danny's passing (who was a great man) and is a super cordial and honest lady. I would definitely give these guys a shot.

This place is wonderful. Quick, reliable, FRIENDLY service. The place is clean, organized, and they have a place for customers to sit and wait. I am so happy I went here. The receptionist is amazing too. It was my first time and I plan on going back.

These guys are the honest people I knew. The prices were VERY reasonable (they didn’t charge me anything this time to fix loud sound problem) AND everybody is so nice. I have been here for the past two years, I will go here for all my car maintenance from now on and tell all my friends to come to this place. Thank you, Brincherhoff Service!

After receiving inferior work at another establishment, which created a dangerous situation for me on the highway, I discovered Brinkerhoff Service. They actually fixed the problem and informed me that whoever worked on my car last had not tightened some bolts. To my surprise, I was charged only one hour labor. We all know that other mechanics could have "taken me for a ride" and capitalize on the $ituation!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Went for an inspection one day she told me come in neck the next day, and my car still has no inspection two days having my car could not put inspection sticker on it. There’s nothing wrong with my car. They are just too busy and understaffed ever since Danny died that shop is garbage. The wife that runs it now is a liar. Do not listen to her. She has no clue what she’s talking about and is very understaffed.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a good Auto shop. 1st time there to do my State inspection, very friendly and they had me in and out in 45mins. After the inspection, was told car is healthy and good to go.
