Made an appointment on line. Day of appointment they state there is no appointment. Not the first time.

Never met a doctor and I've been here 2 years during which every single thing has gotten worse about it year over year. Any minor comforts will be stripped from your medical process. If you have any other possible options to go to avoid optum like the plague.

I made my appointment with ENT one month ago and I received a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment that they had to cancel my appointment because they don’t have the equipment to perform an ABR. I wish they would’ve said when I scheduled so that I could avoid wasting my time
