Worst Chase bank Ever....... I dont even want to give one star.Always so rude and the lady with glasses works up front is so rude you cant even imagine..I would just drive to newburgh chase rather than just use atm..Please re train your tellers.

This particular location is extremely prejudice. I'm a nurse and had to cash two of my employment checks at this location being as though the checks written to me by my employer were drawn on chase bank accounts. I am not a Chase customer but since I was advised by my employer to cash the checks there, that's what I went to do. Firstly, they questioned me with a series of personal questions unrelated to my check cashing purposes, for example, they asked me if I had a bank account with another bank and proceeded to ask me why didn't I receive direct deposit in my own bank account. As most working people know, sometimes employees receive paper checks until their bank accounts are verified. I just wanted to cash my paycheck at the bank the check was written on and deposit my cash into my own bank. Not scrutinize me for wanting to do so. They charged me $10.00 after delaying the cashing of the check, under false pretenses stating that they could not verify the check. When I made a threat to report them for what I felt was discrimination, suddenly the check was verified and they charged me $10 when on their company website it states that non account members are to pay $8 to cash checks. They actually make it less desirable to join the bank actually. Then they lied to me and said I had to pay $10 to cash checks because my employer had a lien on their checks for it's employees to pay and said that they could not provide me with a receipt. I'm going to escalate this with my employer and take legal action.

Closed my savings account that I’ve had there for years without any notification whatsoever aside from app not letting me in…. Looks like I’ll be closing my business accounts with them as well. Their loss my gain

Extremely rude customer service! They tried to tell me I needed 2 forms of ID in order to take money out of my account. I’m sorry I don’t walk around with 2 forms of ID! They racially profile people here as well because other people did not need 2 forms of ID. STAY AWAY

Very pleasant visit inside with real people, not a machine. I appreciate that. My mission today was to get $100 worth of two dollar bills and some cash for birthday gifts and Christmas. The tellers were friendly and professional. I dread the day when they get rid of tellers, and do everything online. People make the difference.

Had the pleasure of opening up a checking account with Marqese this morning. He was very patient, helpful, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up with mobile banking and the chase app by the time I left and explained all documents and policies to me so I thoroughly understood everything I was agreeing to and the different functions of my account moving forward. I felt very confident in my decision to switch to chase by the time I left and was really happy with my experience!! Thanks Marqese!!!!

Every time I call this branch when one of there rep gave me his card to call him one picks up. Then want you to call there 800 number which is useless they have to get there act together

I give them credit because when they finally talk to you they are friendly but getting someone to see you or help you always takes time even if there's nothing going on. I made an appointment and the wait and service was terribly slow. Last week I stopped in for something else and the same thing happened. Basically I'm glad I rarely need a physical location because based on the wait, I'd be going to another bank.

CHASE IS A PATHETIC BANKLOUSY AND UN HELPFULL AS A BUSINESS CUSTOMER AM WORKING WITH THIS BANK FOR LAST 2 YEARSFOR PPP LOAN I APPLIED TO THIS SBA THROUGH THIS BANK in the END OF MARCH. BUT THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY APPLICATION YET. OTHER PEOPLE WHO APPLIED FOR SBA AFTER ME THROUGH OTHER BANKS HAVE ALREADY BEING FUNDED.SHAME ON YOU ALL.

Totally inappropriate treatment of a customer. I was in there doing stuff with my daughter's account. When my dad asked what the balance was and Linda O. Or whoever she was said she can't have the balance. Her account is under my name and my dad said to her, “That's her daughter's account.†She looked at me and said, “She's a mom?†And she gave me the most disgusted look and I'm very upset with the treatment. She kept looking at me after she was told I'm a mom. Unacceptable. I'm very offended at her comment and actions. I think I'll switch banks now.
