Stayed recently and it snowed that night. The parking area was well treated. The staff is attentive, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is convenient and a decent selection. Close to major roadways.

Everything was excellent from service to staff! My only complaint would be the pillows. Lumpy stinky. Can tell they use the stupid Mike Lindell pillows! Got to bring your own pillows! Otherwise it was awesome!

Pool water is very cold—the desk told us the pool is unheated year-round.The room was comfortable and clean.

This could have been a 5+ review. Good location, comfortable room. But NOT a hot breakfast. Cold processed packaged sandwiches that you have to microwave. Hot breakfast in every other hotel I have stayed in is fresh cooked eggs and breakfast meat. When I asked the person at the desk about it she treated me very disrespectfully.

The hotel is right of highway, a great diner is in walking distance. The staff was helpful. The lobby was clean. The room was very large with a great sitting area and clean. Room come with breakfast.Food & drinks: There are gas stations close by. A great diner you can walk too. It has great food, personable staff, and serves alcohol. There is and also a little sandwich/ice cream that's in walking distance. Not far down the road I driving distance is a shopping center that has DD, Walmart, gas, etc.

Spotlessly clean and up to date.The whole hotel was new and welcoming, with a calm and quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows fantastic. I could black out the room and control the temperature. The lighting in the room was great, with built in phone charging ports. The bathroom was great, with plenty of towels and again, spotlessly clean.The free breakfast was basic, as you would expect with a free breakfast, but perfect to get me fed and back on the road. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for a good night’s sleep.My only suggestion would be to improve the signage outside, unless the management want to keep this great hotel a secret.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and always had a great stay. The rooms are all very large. Free coffee all day and free breakfast in the morning from 6a-9a. Staff is very friendly. Indoor pool is nice and decent size workout room. Plenty of parking. Have attended events in the ballroom and the food and drinks were very good. Great location just off the highway. Diner, ice cream and gas stations/convenience stores in walking distance. Not sure why so many negative reviews as it's a very nice hotel.

I was racially profiled by your receptionist at the front desk. Her name is Virginia. She harassed me with my 6 year old. We were walking in with food and balloons to celebrate father's dayShe insisted we show ID. Wouldn't let us in the hotel otherwise. She was extremely rude. I had tons of items in my hand. My son was afraid with her tone. he had to get the keys out of his pocket to help me. My kindergartener and me being a doctor shouldn't have had to deal with this in our vacation. We will never return to this hotel. I want to be compensated for my stay and want Virginia fired. I feel I was racially profiled for being of color and Muslim.

The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told till I checked in. The jacuzzi worked in the evening, broke in the morning when I really needed it after a long previous day at a wedding. And that cost me $15 extra to boot. The breakfast was terrible. Cereals and bad coffee. Try the dinner down the road. I paid way over $200 and the services was more Motel 6. Avoid.

This is a very comfortable and roomy hotel option very near the villages of Both Beacon and Fishkill. The rooms are "suites", which means that here is a bedroom area and a living room area. Nice large wall mounted television with some streaming options; nice closet with iron and board; and lots of storage options. There is a small microwave and coffee maker in the room. There is no need for the coffee maker as there is a very nice machine near the lobby that you can access 24/7 for either tea, various strengths of coffee, or hot cocoa.Free breakfast is included with a nice selection of options. The hotel is only a few years old and they've kept it up quite nicely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. For the price And proximity to Beacon, this is the best

Drove 13 hours to get here, was told even though our room was not occupied/was clean/was ready for us we couldn't check in? It was 3am and I'm thankful we had family to stay with in the area...imagine if we didn't after driving for 13 hours. Woman at the front desk was either completely incompetent or just didn't give a sh!t.
