Many describe clean and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, and pleasant common areas including a lobby with a fireplace, lounge, bar, and complimentary coffee and cookies. The price is often noted as not bad or a good deal. However, some guests report significant disappointments, including dirty rooms with stains, mold, and unclean bathrooms. The property is described by some as rundown, feeling more like a motel with old carpets and a slow elevator. A removed whirlpool was also missed. While many would return or had a very nice stay, others would not stay again unless necessary, stating it was absolutely not worth the price.
Not going to lie this place was rundown. Felt more like a motel however the staff were friendly. The elevator takes forever and the carpets are old. Not sure I would stay again unless I had to. Price wasn’t bad though.

Little disappointed that they removed the whirlpool. It was a long drive in an uncomfortable car. We were looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.Food & drinks: Redline diner and cracker barrel are across the street.
