They lock up the Paul Mitchell shampoo for color treated hair no other paul Mitchell’s are locked up except for this one it takes me forever to get an associate to help me get it out of the lock up and then she will not let me walk around the store while I finish shopping she takes the shampoo up to the register like I’m going to steal it or something what is happening in Fishkill

Very bad experience. Was out of my medication for a month and was just told “we don’t have it. there’s a shortage” they don’t even REDIRECT you to another pharmacy that has that medication. Went multiple times that month to see if they would have it, and they gave me the same answer. DON’T GET YOUR MEDICATION HERE

Nasty store!! The restroom is absolutely FILTHY!!!!!!!! And the water fountains are coming with dirty water. The staff are okay. But the store is not in a good arrangement. Highly don’t recommend this store!!

Waited as the only person on line for nearly ten minutes while the teenage girls who work at this cvs checked each other out for their purchases and stood around eating pizza at the register and chatting. They didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I actually worked at this cvs many years ago and it’s pretty clear the professionalism they required back then didn’t carry on throughout the years. What a shame!

Super friendly staff, even during the stressful holiday rush! I lost power and needed firewood to keep my house warm, which unfortunately they did not have... However, I cut my losses and bought some snacks to get me though the night and ironically, the receipt they sent me home with was so long that I actually wrapped my entire house with it and now I'm warmer than ever!

Unfortunately, this facility has been going down hill this past year. I have been waiting for my ozempic and as a diabetic this is the medicine I have been taking for months. My endocrinologist sends my new script in to be filled. I receive a text from CVS saying “we are contacting your Dr. for an alternative medication for RX O. Will text when ready”. This obviously has not happened. My dr has a small office and I have been in communication with the office manager who said he has never received any type of communication from CVS. I called the pharmacist who proceeded to advise me that the dr needs to give me a new script or I can call around and check other pharmacies. Who does that? He said he can’t help me and that I have to call and find either another pharmacy or get another script. 1) no customer service; 2) absolutely rude and had an attitude because I questioned him; and 3) automated messages are not correct m leaving customers confused about their needed medication putting the patient at risk because of the pharmacies ability to communicate clearly the issues. My entire family processes all their medication at this location. Looks like it’s time to find another pharmacy that listens to the patient.

David the pharmacist was no help when I need answers on my medication. He was clueless. I thought the pharmacist would at least be knowledgeable about the medication. Very disappointed.

Some of the pharmacy staff are great unfortunately of few of them are as rude as they are incompetent.

Customer service is fabulous! Employees are very knowledgeable, and the manger is extremely helpful and personable.

Ryan in the pharmacy has a nasty tone in his voice, is extremely condescending a judgmental. Poor customer service the company should look into offering customer service courses to communicate better. No need for him to raise the tone in his voice. The person he was dealing with was a young man just got out of oral surgery and Ryan “ raised his voice in a yelling matter to the point the young man had to ask him stop yelling at me . This is not professional. Please look into this matter.
