Fishkill Plaza is a convenient one-stop shopping location with stores including ShopRite, China Jade, a bagel shop, Hallmark, a liquor store, Dollar Tree, a pet supply store, and Antonella's. The staff are wonderful and friendly, providing great service. The ShopRite is well-stocked, though some items can be a bit pricey but are considered worth it. The parking lot lighting at night could be improved. A salon at the plaza offers comfortable, massaging chairs and services like eyebrow grooming, pedicures, and callus treatments that receive strong recommendations. The plaza is described as a great new spot to visit.

We stopped to get groceries here. We also stopped at the Dollar Tree for supplies for our hotel room. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Anyone remember when this place was a drive in theater? But did you know that the land was known as the Fishkill Supply Depot and Encampment, a major logistical hub established by George Washington in 1776. Now home to ShopRite along with other stores like A cats place, Pet Supplies Plus, Dollar Tree, and others.
