Purchased a a small bottle of 375ml Jim beam bourbon whiskey and was charged $20.83. Retail price in my area is $10.99. I didn’t realize what I paid until I got home and looked on by bank website. Was I overcharged because I was a woman???!!!!

I went into this store and received the worst customer service. I only asked a question why the store had a policy to id a nonbuying customer. I also said what if my wife was carrying her baby would you I'd my baby. The owner then refused my purchase. I was looking to purchase $200 for a party. This was very unprofessional

Disappointed in this establishment. First of all the fact they close at 7 pm on a Friday night is not convenient for the customers. Second of all tonight I arrived at 6:50 and the door was already locked and lights were off. 5 minutes later the workers set the alarm and left. All before 7 pm. So it is obvious they closed early and the worker told me they close at 7. No signs or warning they were closing early this evening.

The skinny tan tall guy with glasses is miserable and rude. The rest of the guys there are great but I won't be coming back because of that guy. I do hope he finds some peace but he should probably not be working behind the counter until that happens.

Prices are way higher than any other store that I've gone too. If you want to save a few bucks on every bottle you buy there is a much better store in Hopewell junction by the east Fishkill recreation center. I've been going there for years and wanted to check a new place. The store is big and has many option however I feel as tho the customer service lacked. There was a older gentleman who called himself the wine expert however he was easily irritated with simple questions that I feel were appropriate given I wanted a little insight before I bought a 60$ bottle of wine. And that's not where it ends either. Another skinner man who was checking me out was rather unfriendly and lacked politeness. Overall experience wasn't great the only thing I see this store offering is a slightly different selection.

Rude tall tan guy that was ringing, will go out of my way to buy somewhere else, probably Viscount. Used a credit card and their machine was asking for a pin... it's credit, there is no pin. To which he replied "I don't know who you are and I can't manually enter"... Um Excuse me?!? Why type of response is that to a customer?
