Front staff IS important. I was browsing places for units, stopped here first, had a unit in 20 mins. Michelle explained everything comfortably, properly let me know of payments, on top of answering my nonsensical questions I formed.

Easy process to renting a monthly storage unit. Signup took 5 minutes. Went into the facility right after and completed the signup process. Staff is very friendly.

Horrible customer service everytime I called. The fishkill office didn’t answer and whoever in the call center who answered always gave different info from when I went in the office. Had lots of times during the winter it wasn’t plowed. I called and complained when it was a sheet of ice and was told I’d get told when it was taken care of and never heard anything from them. I know it was a sheet of ice for 4 days bc I tryed to get to my unit 4 days in a row and could not.

The online sign up was easy. The follow up service by Chris at the Chester, NY location was outstanding. Chris' competent and courteous customer service is something every company promises but few truly deliver on. Bravo!
