More than satisfied with my experience at Hearing Life in Fishkill. Everything went smoothly from start to finish— The east of making a prompt appointment, clean and comfortable office, convenient parking, friendly and professional staff. My questions and concerns were answered and I received my hearing aids quickly. They are comfortable and perfect for me.

This is the nicest most considerate Hearing place I’ve ever been to. I love that they take good care of my husband’s needs with his ears and gives him good advice to help him along with his issues

My ENT asked me to get a hearing test, and when I said I'd get it at Hearing Life, he said they were the best in the area, and he was happy with my choice. Ultimately, my visit to Hearing Life resulted in my Oticon over-the-ear aid working better than it ever has, as a result of the audiologist telling me I was using the wrong neoprene earplug on the end of the in-ear receiver. She also corrected its settings as a result of the hearing test, and I am delighted with the result. Couldn't be happier.

As always, the people who you engage with are top notch! I needed to fine tune my hearing aid and with my detailed description of what I wanted corrected, Stephanie knew exactly what to do. If you can precisely tell the people what is not right, they have the experience to correct it and make it right.
I also got some packs of the “new” childproof hearing aid batteries. These are now almost impossible to open without the sharpest of heavy duty scissors. The packaging plastic is so thick and inflexible, I would recommend gloves of some kind to protect your hands. If you have Arthritis you are in trouble. But don’t take my word for it, get yourself a pack of these new batteries. Try getting them open. No longer can you carry them in your pocket for use anywhere or anytime. You’ll see for yourself!

I called and found out they could work on replacing my hearing aid battery. I drove there and within fifteen minutes I was leaving with a new battery placed in my hearing aid and on my way. Good trustworthy and friendly help much appreciated.
