I had previously visited this store and experienced a warm and respectful environment.
However, my most recent visit to the Lumber section, where most of the male workers were present, proved to be an unpleasant exception. Their behavior, which included whistling, laughing, and inappropriate greetings, was disrespectful and unprofessional, and made me feel terrible. I left without making any purchases.
These workers could use a training in harassment and customer service.

If you know what you want, it is a Home Depot. However: The customer service is extremely slow and every time I ask for help, I get attitude and feel like a burden instead of feeling supported. There might be literally one person who is actually trying to help. Everyone else is pretty useless. As someone who is doing their best to learn how to take care of a home, I want to go to a hardware store and feel like someone is there to be my guide and help me make the best decision. This location is disorganized, the people working there don’t know what they are doing, and I spend 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist me on a specific thing I’m struggling with, only to be treated with an attitude. I will not be going here anymore unless I know exactly what I want. Engaging with anyone at the store leaves me feeling stressed and annoyed.

Went in to buy and have a 4x8 sheet of plywood cut. I asked an associate if I can have someone cut the piece of plywood for me and was told I’ll see if I have someone to do that. Waited over 20 minutes just to over hear a worker say there’s no one even working to cut wood and then asked after I overheard that to confirm there’s no one to even cut the wood? Only to be told by that employee nope there’s no one. If you go shopping at this Home Depot just make sure you don’t need assistance with anything or else you’ll be flat out of luck.

Really just writing this to share the picture I took. Think it looks pretty sick if you ask me.
But I went in for a pickup order and had to wait a while but it was all good. Got what I needed and was on my way. Staff inside is always friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is my favorite big box hardware store. This one is convenient, as it is close, and the staff are friendly and eager to help.
