This hotel is one of the recommended lodging places of Bethel/JW Headquarters. My first time staying here. Got a great group rate of !109 a night. Stayed 5 nights. My group had a lot of problems while there. Hyatt didn't bother to tell anyone that they would start construction next day of checking in and some on my group would have to move 2 times into different rooms. Some in my group also had to move because of bees. Some had stopped up sinks. The customer service was not as good as I expected. They charged me another $122 next day after check in. Front desk guy didn't do a good job explaining what this charge was. I had to do a claim with my credit company to get the money back because when I tried to call the hotel they put me on hold and hung up, then when I called back the lady claimed she couldn't find my name or the group name I was under??? To make matters worse, so sick minded creepy lady tried to lure my 15 year old female cousin and 4 year old male cousin into her room with balloons saying to them that she has a 30 year old and 7 year old sons!!!! A letter was sent to JW headquarters about our bad experience and if taken off recommended lodging list this hotel will lose a ton of business.
Safety: Some sicko hispanic lady tried to lure 2 of my young cousins into her room with balloons where there was a 30 year old man and 7 year old boy was waiting. Made me sick to my stomach!

This didn’t feel like a Hyatt property. My bedding was soiled, the utensils in the kitchen draw were dirty. I had to wash everything before using them. The mushy mattress was terrible with zero support. The feather bedding and feather pillows gave me a severe reaction. We had feather free on our profile, but this place didn’t care or have any extra feather free available. We had to purchase an iron because the one in the room was so scorched that it would damage what ever it touched. All the great reviews are from people with lowered expectations. This should be rated no higher than 2 stars!

Rooms: The rooms were spacious and Good. However there is a basic construction flaw which is Major and needs to be corrected to avoid discomfort and sleepless nights.
I was allotted room number 212. This room has an interconnecting door to the adjacent room. First' night' was peaceful second night' the people from adjacent room kept on chatting loudly toll night 2.30 All the sound percolated through the interconnected door. Couldn't sleep at all.
A double door or sound proof door could prevent such discomfort and conflicts amongst guests.
This is an infrastructure flaw. The lady at the reception had to apologise unnecessarily.
As people have paid for the room and are at Liberty inside their own room.
Knocking on the interconnected door and complaining as suggested by receptionist is not the solution

Stayed here before numerous times…. This time I noticed many carpets were filthy. By the elevators and by the breakfast location… not just for one day- This to me is uncalled for w/ a cleaning crew on site. If they can’t handle it, they should get a professional in. I’m sure if the CEO was going to visit, it wouldn’t look like that. The staff are always great!!! Furniture in the room was so beat up, I videoed when I walked in just in case they wanted to blame me…. Bed was clean and slept great beside the idiot rude family next door that had a mom & 2 young boys (children) that were screaming as they played at 7 am & had the tv on all night…. Ridiculous that an adult let this go on.

I was really impressed with the size of the room. I felt like I was in an apartment and not a hotel. Full kitchen was very surprising. I would like to add that Jack at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. It’s hard to find young adults like him and he should be commended for being a gentleman and a well spoken individual.

Stayed here for a long term business stay over a couple months. Our room was extremely spacious, hotel staff was courteous and friendly! I totally appreciated our regular house keeper Miriam, so friendly and made sure our room and bathroom were always fully stocked. The hotel has a decent spread for breakfast and plenty of local places to check out for any food you might want. The hotel hosted many wedding parties throughout the time we stayed and sometimes we would be woken up during the night due to noise or the fire alarms being set off. It happened frequently enough that it started to be a little annoying towards the end of our stay. Would absolutely stay again, clean, comfortable and relatively quiet! (View from our room)
Nearby activities: Splashdown beach was a lifesaver! Beacon, New York City, Poughkeepsie, lots of Hudson valley to explore!

They don't clean the rooms, the beds were very poorly made and the pool was super dirty, it had layers on the surface like gelatin. The pool and the water in the jacuzzi were disgusting, the black water.

We enjoyed our evening at Hyatt House Fishkill! The building is newly renovated and conveniently located close to the highway, restaurants and trails/ parks. Another plus is the indoor pool and the hotel is pet friendly. We definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area!
