The 50-minute drive from my house was well worth it! It was easy to make an appointment with James, and he listened to my ideas and created a very special pendant using my parents' wedding rings. He also created a pair of earrings using the diamond from my mom's engagement ring and a matching diamond that he sourced. I am very happy with both pieces!! James is working on some additional pieces of jewelry for me as well. I can't wait to see them!!”

“I came to GHS Jewelers on a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to resize and reset my wedding band/engagement ring that I have not worn in over ten years. My engagement stone was left to me in the will of an ancestor, so I was hesitant to leave it at any jeweler, but I knew this was the safe place to do so. I picked up my resized and reconfigured bands yesterday, and I am in love with the outcome! I highly recommend GHS to anyone who is hesitant, as you are in good hands here. Plus, the cost was two thousand dollars less than what I budgeted for!”

“This afternoon, while waiting for my car to be repaired, I wandered into the gift shop next door—and I’m so glad I did! The shop is filled with unique and creative items, and my daughter was absolutely fascinated by everything. She wanted to buy everything in sight, but in the end, we settled on a cute little finger puppet.
The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Though I may never pass by this shop again—it was purely by chance that I visited today—I truly hope that anyone reading this review takes the time to stop by. It’s a hidden gem worth exploring!”
“I stumbled into this adorable shop on Main Street and with the Grateful Dead music playing in the background, I felt right at home. Brenda (and hopefully I remembered her first name correctly) was so welcoming. They have an amazing inventory and some of it is so nostalgic! “Met Dave Hunt after many disappointing attempts to purchase gold coins or bouillon. Our first telephone call made us get in the car and drive over an hour to meet in person. We were not disappointed. Dave is welcoming and knowledgeable but not pushy. We have in fact, at one of our visits sold back some of our silver coins.

“We walked in this incredible shop because we saw a sign in the window that said “Opal’s for October” which is my daughter’s birthday and we went in. So many unique stones and jewelry! Many stones I’ve never even heard of! The owner is so helpful and sweet and her prices make it so everyone can get a little something to remember their trip to Beacon. My daughter and I got matching rings and an Opal necklace.”
