I paid $22 for a gel removal and manicure today. Worst manicure I've ever had. It was even worse before I had her "correct" it. See the pictures I took just hours after my "spa" manicure. The owner seems nice (which is why I'm leaving two stars), but I had to come home and file the sharp corners on my nails and the paint job is so bad I'll be fixing it myself tomorrow. Also, the tools were not in a package and opened in front of me; rather, they were pulled from a tray and there was dead skin in the tray. Please sterilize your tools, package them, open them in front of the customer, and take care in painting. I will not be back.
