I have had blood drawn several times in the past year with no issues. Recently I went in the afternoon and after check in I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes! There was no reason to wait that long, the staff person was just making everyone wait and not calling anyone in after check in. Totally unacceptable.

I went to this location despite the uneven reviews. I made an appointment online. Everything about my experience was outstanding. Brief wait time from check in to service. Extremely competent phlebotomist. Rapid results.
