I ultimately give this place a 5 star. Jared the manager is very clean and professional. Always doing his job. Clean, professional and reliable. But I must say their new worker I believe her name is teisha or something of that sort is very unprofessional. For whatever reason, anytime i request to speak to Jared in regards to my account she gets frustrated. Today she hung up the phone twice on me. She’s crass, rude and impolite.

I went in several times to the Fishkill location looking for a storage unit I needed during my moving process which was a stressful time. I was met with the friendliness employees who helped me decide on what I needed with the best pricing for my needs. Teesha is outstandingly helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Jared also was extremely helpful. You won’t be disappointed.

I LOVE the rent online option. It made the process super easy and convenient. The website is easy to navigate and figure out what size storage unit you need. Would absolutely recommend!!!

I asked them to reserve a locker for me to hold the price until a certain date. They did do that and when that date was near they contacted me to ask if I still wanted the hold. I no longer needed the locker and they graciously cancelled it for me. Very helpful.
