This is the place to get a bed. CHRIS the manager is so friendly and absolutely chill, no pressure sales. He took a lot of time with me to make sure I got just what I was looking for. He found me great sales prices and even some free perks too. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and definitely ask for Chris.

I just want to thank Chris the manager for going above and beyond. After calling another local mattress firm whose associate was unhelpful and rude, he made sure I was able to find the part I needed for my bed. The base I have is no longer being made, so when the plug broke he told me the different types it could be that I could order. He offered the spare he had on hand in his store and it worked. I’m forever grateful to be sleeping comfortably again!

I had an amazing experience here! I drove all the way from Orange County, and it was absolutely worth it. The manager, Chris, did an outstanding job — he was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to educate us. He gave my wife and me space to talk and plenty of time to test out the beds he recommended based on our needs. Chris also worked with us on pricing and deals, and we never felt pressured or upsold.
We even visited a Mattress Firm in Orange County to try the bed one last time, but the experience there felt pushy, rushed, and rude when the orange county sales rep. Complained about not getting a commission. We decided to come back to Fishkill to complete our purchase with Chris — and we’re so glad we did. Thank you, Chris!
Well worth the drive across the river!

Chris knows mattresses! He will share that information with you and answer your questions in detail. When he had done that, he left us free to narrow the possibilities (during which time he answered many more questions) and arrive at a decision that we were very pleased with. Our Mattress Firm experience and the broad selection of products and price points convinced me that it was unnecessary to look elsewhere.

When I went to buy the item I was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. The website indicated the same.
After purchasing the product, the FedEx delivery indicates 5 to 7 days.
I don't like it when I'm given misleading information from the company.
The sales person is not at fault.
He was only going by the information on the company site.
