I shop at the pet supply Plus in Fishkill New York the staff is very courteous very welcoming very professional and always helps me with anything I need help with with no problem no attitude no rudeness they literally stop what they're doing and would walk me to what I'm looking for I really hope that store stands for quite some time thank you staff of Supply Plus in Fishkill huge shout out to Ronnie who really help me get the right food for my dogs

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find what I needed and instructed me how to get points via the app. which the other stores hadn't. For this, I am grateful!

If you want a good groomer, ask for Melissa. She knows what she is doing!! Both my dog & myself are very happy with her!! It is not easy to find a good groomer. I'm glad I found her!

I have been using this store for my puppies grooming needs for more than 10 years. But things have changed!
Very disappointed with the grooming and wash department, they overbooked me 2 weeks ago, got rescheduled to today to find out when I got there, that whoever set my appointment is no longer working there and I was not in the system. Ridiculous way to run a business. Time to give my money to a different dog grooming business.

I travel from 30 mins away (across the river‼️) so my dog can be groomed here by Melissa Way and the team at Pet Supplies Plus Fishkill. Amazing grooming, super friendly, and excellent communication.

This store had everything I needed ! My cat was at the vet getting a spay surgery and I wanted the inflatable doughnut- they had it- Delectable pouches for cats- they had it- keep in mind I never shopped here before and happened to see the store and said what the heck?The employee Jennifer helped me immediately and located everything I needed- I ended up getting a cat scratcher as wellGreat service, selections and great prices- you can’t beat it!

**This is not a reflection of the store but the Grooming Department.**I made an appointment for my dog to get a bath and a haircut for 5:30pm. When I got to the store (at 5:30 prompt) the groomers informed me that both of the clients they were currently working on came to the store late so my dog would have to wait in the kennel until they were done. None of the groomers appeared to even know who would be grooming my dog for his appointment. Another groomer was out front eating her sandwich in front of customers and the dogs (which I personally think is an inappropriate place to have a meal as they have their own breakroom). The atmosphere in itself was chaotic and my dog was clearly afraid - I almost took him back home due to this first impression.I received a telephone call 3 minutes to 7pm stating that Koda was ready for pickup. They also informed me that due to the fact that the dogs they had been working on came in late that they were "unable to finish" my dogs haircut and that they "are required to shut down shop" by 7pm. They advised I make another appointment to "finish" his trimming - and pay for it. My dog was there for an hour and a half and was not given a proper haircut. Because another customer came in late they were unable to accommodate my dog when I arrived to my appointment on time.Safe to say I will not be bringing him back to this location again.

Too bad that all PSP customers can't shop at the Fishkill, NY, store. Excellent service and help. They always point out specials, they're always courteous and smiling. It must be as good a store to work in as well as shop.
