Good hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good as well. The elevator seems a little dated but to be fair it is only 3 floors in all. This is a non smoking hotel. Visit here during Sep/Oct and you can actually see apples growing on the trees in the compound.

Food and drinks: Breakfast is available if you wish to eat at hotel. However, there is a great diner located next door. We've eaten there many times and it doesn't disappoint.

This hotel has outstanding service! We had a delayed flight that resulted in no rental car at airport until next morning, and reserved hotel canceling us as a no show. We were able to make reservations with Haley at Quality Inn&Suites Fishkill, NY but the normal check in time is 3 pm. Since we hadn’t slept all night, we were exhausted so I called the hotel to see if there was any possibility of getting into our room earlier. Haley did some ‘magic’ and when we arrived at 9:30 am, our room was ready and waiting. For a senior couple who had been up all night, this was a kindness we will never forget. We’re already booked for our holiday visit and look forward to seeing Haley and Alice (who was the front desk person in the evening and very warm and friendly) and enjoying another comfortable stay.

Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Biggest issue is getting the tv to actually come on. Spent a half hour trying to get a local station without any luck. They need to get back to basics. Staff friendly and accommodating. Nice little breakfast buffet. All in all, well worth it if you don't plan on watching any tv

Pros: Convenient location. Better priced than similar hotels in the Fishkill area. Free breakfast. Clean room, complete with basic amenities. AC. Hot water with good pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff.
Cons: Traffic noise is audible for rooms facing the highway. The AC unit is very loud when running (enough to wake up a light sleeper when it kicks on in the middle of the night). Bathroom lighting was a little dim. Dated decor (but not a deal-breaker).
Overall, it is reasonable hospitality for its price. Perhaps less ideal for noise-sensitive travelers.

Certainly not the newest building but it was decent enough. If you really love the color brown you are going to love this place. The breakfast was sub par; the standard powdered eggs were not even offered. Location near I-84 was perfect. The price paid was not worth the money we spent. The rooms were clean and neat, and the beds were comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel was the front desk clerk ALICE. She was friendly, cheerful, and professional.

Listen I knew going into this it isn't the best hotel. But my god was it worse than I ever anticipated. First the AC is garbage. Blows out barely cool air and with no power whatsoever. If you want to cool off after a hot day too bad you can't if you stay at a "quality" inn. Like to have a shower that has enough pressure to get shampoo out of your hair? Too bad. Youll only get Horrible water pressure at a "quality" inn. Want a mattress that was made in this century? Too bad pal you'll get an old hospital mattress from 1976 instead when you stay at a "quality" inn. Want to experience the highest resolution 1995 had to offer? Well your in luck because at the "quality" inn you get 144p resolution at best. Want to use the Netflix or any other streaming service? Too bad because the wifi at the "quality" inn can't handle it. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Very disappointed with my experience. There is not enough parking close to the hotel. The beds are spring mattresses which are very uncomfortable. The air conditioner is not powerful enough to cool us down after a 90 degree day. The shower pressure is awful and the tv quality is terrible and the wifi doesn’t work for the smart tv. Not worth the $200 I had to pay!!!!

Great staff, room, breakfast and location!
Would suggest better coffee though.
Food and drinks: Thankful for the hot chocolate option as the coffee needed help. :-)

Clean, comfy, quiet, but there are no good restaurants in walking distance. Other than that, I frequent this place often and never had any complaints

Alice was terrific at the front counter, not just with me, but I overheard her helping others, as well!👏 Somehow I missed putting how many guests and our room needed a roll-away! Had to switch desk to the other wall for it to fit. No hot eggs, but plenty selection! Thank you!! Kids were happy with waffles!😊
