I was taken shortly after I checked in for my appointment. The Phlebotomist was very efficient and friendly. She did an excellent job and made the experience much better.

The nurse was fine, but your computer system wouldn't allow her to download my faxed prescription and print it. She had to call someone to download it and send it to her as an email attachment in order to get it printed. You all need to work on your computer system.

I was allowed in on time (maybe 2 mins. early) by an extremely pleasant and personable lady. She was professional in every way - slight pinch with the needle draw (not always the case).

Clean office and the lady there was super kind and patient with me. In addition she was very skilled. I have deep set veins and she managed to find my vein on the first try which was super impressive to me.

Absolutely best technicians there. She had greeted me and was very thorough with reviewing my information. The woman's skills were flawless and I didn't even realize she poked me with the needle. She was funny and friendly too. The appointments are the way to go. Seamless flow from beginning to end.

Absolutely incompetent. Schedules appointments, and then waits until day of to cancel. Has happened multiple times. No call or explanation.Impossible to get anyone on the phone.

I had a terrible experience here. The technicians were rude, dismissive and condescending, and they looked like they resented having to be there. The process of getting the request from my doctor and bringing it in the correct form was not done correctly, and I was treated as if I was stupid and a great inconvenience. Some empathy and caring would have helped me in trying to sort out how to navigate a process I know little about. But there was no effort made to help solve the issue, and I walked out feeling humiliated and angry. There are other labs in the area, so I will never return to this facility.

Was there on 11/11/2023Quest computers were down and labs that were sent via computer could not be done. My Doc gave me a hand script order.The phlebotomist there that day told me she could draw my blood being it was a paper order..She was extremely professional and was very friendly..She also was the best blood drawer I have ever had I never felt her stick me..Quest got it right when they hired her..I didn't get your name tbat day but if you see this thank you very much..

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No soap and no paper towels. Looked like the toilet wasn't cleaned for months

Only 4 stars because of quest diagnostics being corporation bull****. Bianca was the only employee there working and managed to clear out the room in a timely manner. It was a busy day and she drawed 2 tubes from me and I was in and out in 15 including answering all of my questions. Definitely underplayed. If you have issues, ask for Bianca. She is definitely a mother.

January 6, 2023 I usually make an appointment when I have to have blood work for my doctor. However, this time I had to go as a walk-in patient. Every time I have blood work at Quest, I am treated so politely and professionally. This time was no different. Even though I was a walk-in, I was treated quickly and gently, and was out in a half hour. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics. I also recommend making an appointment. It's easy on the app and much more stress free.

The staff is so rude and unaccomodating. Refused to take my TODDLER as a walk in even no one else was there, claiming we had to make an appt via phone (but when I tried via phone it didn’t give me the option). On a separate occasion they were so uncaring and cold to my other daughter who was petrified of getting her blood drawn. Zero empathy. Rude. Cold. Refused to give her a colorful band-aid to cheer her up, would only use tape. Then the boyfriend of one of the employees came in. How? Because he knew the code to the door to get to the back. This was so unprofessional and inappropriate.Do not use this Quest. The one in Poughkeepsie by the post office is so much better, if you can make it up there. The staff at the Fishkill office should be fired.
