One night stay. Traveling on business. Location is great - just off the interstate with adequate food options. Staff was courteous and professional, room was clean, and especially liked the large walk-in shower.
Zero complaints. Highly recommend. If I’m ever in the area again, will definitely stay there.

Have you seen this stuffed animal? He was left on 11/29 last seen in room 118. Any updates are appreciated.
He was made at Build a Bear in 2016 on a second date with my now husband. He has traveled to Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston, Jamaica and throughout Europe. This is the first time he has ever been left behind and is worth his weight in gold of sentimental value.
Hotel was very clean and staff was all very nice. I am planning to visit them again for Christmas.

There are absolutely NO CAMERAS in the rear of the building of the hotel. A large party was being hosted there and a drunk guest kicked our door and cowardly ran leaving his red solo cup with beer in front of the room across from ours. This hotel needs to do better with the safety and well-being of the guest. We were offered insulting compensations for this ridiculous event. For the price of this hotel the expectation is that safety is a high priority. That is not the case here. The wifi is intermittent and the streaming tv service was not working for a week.

My vehicle had broken down at Wal-Mart after a Murphys law type return to the area. This hotel was the only one in the area that would accept my 2 cats without issue. What I thought would be a 1 night fix turned into a 3 day issue and the staff went above and beyond, fully booked and made sure I had a room until I had my vehicle running again.
Room was fantastic, quiet and comfortable for them and for myself. I just can't say enough for the staff. Thank you!!

Overall a good experience. Our room was at the very end so next to a highway but the sound isolation was decent enough. Rooms were clean.
Will likely try the adjoining Springhill Suites next time as it is in the same physical building but on the opposite side from the highway and it overlooks a pond.

Room is clean and well appointed. Reason for the poor review is the unreasonable $70 (USD) “Pet Charge” (on top of my room rate). Spent one night and was charged $256 (USD) after all taxes and fees. Nice enough hotel but that’s very pricey and $70 is a ridiculous cash grab and is NOT right. Come on folks! Treat your customers fairly please!

For the price of this hotel I would expect much more. My parents stayed here while visiting and they said the first room the tv didn’t work and the next morning the shower didn’t work! The staff basically indicated that they knew?! And yet they were still given that room? They changed rooms and the tv and the thermostat were not working! If this hotel was $100 a night I would maybe understand but for double that they really need to reevaluate how they operate. I would not recommend to anyone unless there’s no other option.

Hotel located by the highway but quiet enough it is hard to hear the highway. Staff seem motivated to make the hotel stand out with great touches like fresh flowers on the front desk and a small kids play area. Room is well thought out for travelers.

Great hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. The gym and pool were clean and well-equipped. The staff was prompt and courteous with any requests. And the breakfast was well-stocked. All around good hotel experience.
