I have been a frequent customer at Sam's Club and have generally had positive experiences. However, I encountered an unfortunate incident recently that I feel compelled to address.
On my most recent visit, while leaving the store, the associate responsible for checking receipts was noticeably rude to my partner and me. The two groups of customers ahead of us in line, who were white, were checked without issue, and we could hear her engaging with them with small talk and smiling. However, as soon as we approached, the associate stopped smiling and yelled at us to come closer in a passive-aggressive manner.. It is definitely not like we were even far in the first place. This sudden change in demeanour was both surprising and unsettling. After we were checked, the people behind us, who were also white, were treated kindly again.
What made the situation more concerning was the apparent inconsistency in treatment. There was no long line, and we were not engaged in any disruptive behaviour. We have never interacted with this associate before, so it is difficult not to feel that the coldness we experienced was due to our ethnicity, as we are not white.

Love shopping here, large packaging which I break down at home for meal planning has continued to save us money. Always check prices by pound or by unit always helps with my purchases, Members Mark items are always a good deal, the Sushi is very outstanding and good prices young man behind the counter is very helpful

My review is about the consistently bad service in the Cafe. You wait online to be told they’re out of items. A sign would allow customers to not wait for 20 minutes to be told it. It happens a lot in this store.

Compared to a Super Market. Their prices are so reasonable if you want to buy bulk. Let's face it, we all use the restroom daily. To get the necessity for a decent price- is a score.

It's disappointing that this store does not open until ten o'clock. Most other stores open at 9 o'clock and earlier without having to pay extra money.

Mariam the manager should be behind a register preferably a self serve one eating a dam Twinkie. No respect for that lady. Egoistic..... fill in the blank. We could have a simple resolution only if you would have listened to my concerns and let your ego I said ego not eggo so don't eat me and be a professional. I did my due diligence to call your store and make sure I was getting a product. Wasted my time but it's ok karma does wonders
