Yesterday in the afternoon I was helped by Kristopher a cashier in the afternoon. He went about and beyond his service and helpful cordial attitude. He is a 5 star employee

I’m a loyal ShopRite shopper but this was my first visit to the ShopRite in Fishkill and I was very impressed with their staff, who went out of their way to check in their storeroom for my daughter’s favorite yogurt!

My phone died at self checkout and I had to go out and charge it. I asked the employee to hold on to my items for 10 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later. She had refrigerated the items and somehow I did not need to ring up the items again, as she retrieved the transaction. Thank you Helen for going above and beyond... read full comment
