I’m a loyal ShopRite shopper but this was my first visit to the ShopRite in Fishkill and I was very impressed with their staff, who went out of their way to check in their storeroom for my daughter’s favorite yogurt!

My phone died at self checkout and I had to go out and charge it. I asked the employee to hold on to my items for 10 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later. She had refrigerated the items and somehow I did not need to ring up the items again, as she retrieved the transaction. Thank you Helen for going above and beyond :)

Theresa R helped me find a medical body wash I couldn’t even find in Walmart and cvs.
I didn’t have my hopes up, but Theresa took her time to help me look for the product I needed hibiclens, she was kind and thoughtful.
Thank you Theresa- you made my day and helped me find a product I almost gave up purchasing.

Bayardo is HORRIBLE!! I was being followed into ShopRite by an insane man who was screaming at me from the parking lot. I asked Bayardo Villegas for help and he did NOTHING! Even though he saw this man screaming at me and following me around the store. Bayardo did nothing and went to his office and shut the door!!!!!!!! There is security there, he never called them. He never sent ANYONE to help me walk to my car when I asked. Bayardo said “he probably left” before walking away. And the man was STILL OUTSIDE when I went out alone with no help from anyone. I will never ever shop here again. And that so called manager needs to be FIRED. I am not shopping at any shoprite ever again. You do not give a damn about customers safety. You have security there and you only call them when someone is stealing. But when someone’s life could be in danger you do NOTHING. I’m reporting this everywhere.
