Attitude for no reason. Did not understand my order, as if they don’t even know their own menu. My gut feeling told me NOT TO DRINK IT. Prolly was nothing but nowadays…I trashed it and decided to go to my usual Smoothie King in Newburgh.

Ordered a Stawberry Smoothie…they had no idea how to ring it into the register. Didn’t have the wherewithal to know how to scan an item. Then after a long wait for my smoothie they began to panic and gave me something I never ordered. I use to go to this one every day. Makes no difference which one I go to, so I’ll just use the one up the road. Maybe they can figure out water, strawberries, and ice in a blender.

I LOVE this location! It's super clean and the staff are crazy friendly, especially Dakota! (Make sure to tip them too!). Smoothies are always on point!

So i came here to try a smoothie out but nobody was in the front to take my order ..i hear people in the back talking so i say "Hello" and got no answer ..i said "hello" 4 more times and still no answer. I got really loud and said "HELLO!!!!" And then a guy finally says "Give me 1 second" smh i just left because the people in the back clearly heard me but chose to ignore me smh ..wouldn't come back to this location at all

Today September 7th was my first day Everett Smoothie King and I met Chris the manager and he is the best manager I have ever met he will be missed dearly I am very sad to see him go I just met him and I already love him

i’ve been going to the smoothie king by dairy queen on route 9 for the last almost 6 years, daily. i was so excited when this smoothie king opened up near walmart on route 9. it’s heartbreaking to say that this business, in both locations, has went entirely downhill within the past year to year and a half. the girls who work at the location by walmart are stuck up and very rude, and give lots of attitude to customers. on top of that, the smoothies are never made right anymore and aren’t even close to the same quality. i’ve received wrong smoothies every time. it make me so sad since smoothie king has been a place i’ve been going with friends and family for years now. i will no longer be going to them. it’s a waste of money to get attitude and a horrible smoothie made incorrectly that no longer lives up to what smoothie king is. #bring back the high quality amazingly made smoothies #theyoungergenerationneedsmanners.

I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend this location.

I was first denied service at 8:45 PM from this location because they had “technical difficulties” saying their computers were down. As I approached the window I witnessed the sales associates laughing thinking that it was funny I wasn’t able to receive service? Very unprofessional I’m disgusted and I go to Smoothie King almost everyday….

This is the Smoothie King that is the closest to my job, so I have been coming here often since they opened up. I love the convenience of it. It is right off of Rt. 9, which makes it easy for me to head there, pick up my smoothie, and then get back on the road. I typically order my smoothie at the drive-thru and I am able to be in and out of there within a couple of minutes. I typically order a Strawberry-flavored Peanut Power Plus and I have not had any issues with my orders at this location. They do tend to leave the dates in the smoothies as larger chunks, as compared to other locations. I actually prefer to have the larger chunks of fruit in my smoothies, because I like to eat them once my smoothie is done. If you are able to download the app for Smoothie King, you will often be able to get a coupon to discount $2 with your purchases pretty often, which is super helpful.
