“Highly recommend!!! Matt and his wife both came to my families rescue! My family was in an accident on the Taconic. We were 110 miles from home and had been left at a park and ride parking lot by another tow truck as we waited for a tow truck from my insurance company. After many phone calls and waiting for 4 hours, we were told that company cancelled, they could not find another company and that I should try to find a tow on my own, and then find an uber to get back home. By now it was Sunday evening. Accident had occurred at 1:30.
I googled tow services near me and came across Matt. He was very helpful on the phone and came to get my car to bring it back to his shop. When he arrived, he was concerned about my family and I. He would not leave us in the parking lot he said. He insisted he wait with us until we could get an uber. This proved to be difficult since we were 110 miles from home. Ubers kept cancelling the ride. He called his wife to come help. He took my dad in the tow truck and she took the rest of us in her car. They took us to a local Dunkin’ Donuts where we would at least be safe until I could find an uber! They went above and beyond with human kindness. Truly brought some goodness into a very bad day for my family and showed my daughters that there are still good people in this world. They would not accept any money for their help! They truly went above and beyond!
