I worked with Lynn Doremus to obtain a mortgage from Trustco to buy my home. Lynn did an INCREDIBLE job, was efficient, timely, friendly, and all around great to work with as a mortgage loan officer. She made my wife and I feel well taken care of.
On top of that, Trustco's mortgage products can't be beat! They helped me save a ton on my mortgage and I will use them again. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars for Lynn Doremus I would!! We are rebuilding our house after a devastating fire. She has been so patient, kind and very helpful guiding us through the process for rebuilding.

Highly recommended. I needed specialized medallion notary for paperwork. I was able to call and speak with Russell who put me in the correct direction to work with Lynn. I was easily able to make an appointment and the day of the paperwork went so smoothly with Lynn , she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

Getting my mortgage through Trustco was the best choice I ever made! Lynn Doremus made the process so incredibly easy and stress free. I had procrastinated the pre approval process as I was not sure I wanted to buy a house right away, but when I found a place I reached out and she was quick to respond and get the ball rolling. Lynn had me preapproved within 24 hours, as she told me exactly what was needed. She kept me up to date throughout the entire process and made sure I was aware if something else was needed. Lynn was extremely professional and made sure to answer all of my questions anytime I called or emailed her. She made me feel like I was her most important client and the process could not have been any smoother. I’ve had a mortgage before through a different bank and they were very hard to reach, with long wait times and the experience was not a personal one. If you’re considering Trustco for a mortgage, I would 1000% recommend reaching out to Lynn Doremus!
