Very rude owner. Barely speaks English. Do not use the UPS Store in Fishkill. My son is a Marine and they screwed up his order. Plus they do not give a military discount even though it states they do on their corporate website.

This UPS store is great! They are kind, efficient and I also love that they have a self serve kiosk for Amazon returns.

The people that work here are rude and incompetent. They gave me an incorrect tracking number, according to the actual UPS customer service, and when I tried to get it sorted, they refused to accept responsibility or do anything to try to remedy the situation and instead devolved into rudeness and yelling. They are not only bad at their jobs, they are just bad people.

A valuable item going to California - shipped Sunday. Cost $350.
It's Thursday and the item has made at to NJ so far.

They charged me 8 dollars to tape my Amazon boxes together.. I was in a rush so I paid it but now that I think it I am pretty upset. I can understand a few dollars but 8$ is crazy.
