Hudson Valley Towne Center is a nice mall or outdoor shopping plaza in Fishkill, N.Y. It is a genuine surprise as the atmosphere is extremely light and inviting, not toxic or tense like some other places. The staff is always funny and nice. There are a few notable stores and restaurants still left, including a movie theater, Hudson Buffet for Chinese food, 18 North Grill, and Five Guys. Five Guys serves fresh and hot food, with items like a peanut butter milk that tastes like a Snickers shake. While some stores have gone defunct over the years, it remains a great spot that many love and highly recommend.
