Went there early yesterday morning, 8/14. There was an elderly employee stationed in the entrance usually to check the receipts are people are leaving the store. There was another woman that entered a little ahead of me. Well, this employee started barking at us that we had to wear a mask. Really? So, the other woman and I went back to the door to read the sign which reads "Masks Recommended ". He kept at us as we were walking into the store. Does he watch TV, or does he not know how to read. He actually was getting annoyed we didn't do what he said. Get somebody else to watch the door!!!!!!

In November 2020, I went to the Fishkill Walmart and dropped off a VHS tape that had high sentimental value to me and my family. The tape contained video of my deceased mother. It was the only media I had of her, other than still photos. I requested that the transfer be made from my vhs tape to a dvd. I was told it could be done, and it would be completed by December 2020. Seven months later, Walmart informed me that they lost my movie and that it's just gone. I was devastated that a family heirloom has just disappeared with no real or credible explanation and not a real apology either.

Divide and conquer! Just keep searching.... It's like a treasure hunt in here when we were searching for toilet paper, lysol, and masks. Items were out of stock everywhere. Walmart came through and kept on restocking throughout the pandemic. That's clutch. People adhere to the limits of how much they can buy. I hear staff is getting a raise. They deserve a big increase. Walmart staff were essential.

I understand it's Covid time but they've got to have at least 100 employees here yet only 2 cashiers open. Also many items unrelated to Covid are missing or put on end caps in odd places instead of main shelf. Employees were everywhere at 8pm, but not at Che k out! Shouldn't expect customers with entire carts full to self check out. I've done that gladly many times but it inevitably breaks down snd I stand and wait for a "cashier" anyway. I rarely come here because of that. I'd shop here weekly if they had cashiers and stock lol.

Had pretty much everything I needed during the covid19 Pandemic. I had to drive from the Bronx to be able to find most of what I needed as most stores by me are wiped out. I've been to this location a few times in the past while going to Slash Down Beach. Neat and organized and the produce section was fully stocked.

JUST F THIS PLACE!!! The staff said my name wrong when i went to pickup some groceries. The McDonalds in here is the only good thing about this Walmart. If you want to go to a Walmart Supercenter, Go to the one in Newburgh. it is worth the long or short trip! DON'T COME HERE!

Plenty of self check out lines but it can get busy on weekends and weekday evenings. If you can avoid going during that time then you're good. Prices are good. Store is organized and clean. Customer service is so-so.

Saturday 6:46pm Even the self check out line runs 1/4 of the way thru the store CRAZY And my usual often complaints, price tags on shelving is NEVER accurate or lined up correctly The frozen vegetable section looks like an earth quake hit as well as ALL the missing product In 3 #%^#^ years I can NEVER go into Walmart and get everything on my shopping list They are ALWAYS out of something If you can do it, GO TO ALDI's Smaller selection but better prices and less wait The mens bathroom at Walmart has been broken for years No paper towels and its obvious it hasn't been cleaned in forever 1. ALWAYS out of supplies 4/29/19 complete shelves were bare very common for this point of sale business 2. Good luck finding the prices or the correct prices Price labels on shelves are missing or misplaced 3. The mens bathroom is DISGUSTINGLY dirty and the urinal is still broken (4 years later) 4. Not for nothing but all the self-check-out has wiped away cashier jobs Now its one cashier to 9+ registers, as if they pay that much to begin with and needed to save more money

I have nothing against Walmart except one thing--since when does Remodeling most of their New York stores-- give Walmart the right to jack up half of their prices???

I have been a loyal customer for years, so much so the employees say hello to me every time they see me. I have also been using checks for my purchases. My husband fills out the check with everything accept the amount. For over 5 years we have purchased groceries weekly using this method of payment. One Sunday afternoon, a cashier decided my way of purchase was not acceptable and called her front end supervisor. I have had no trouble at all in the past and this day all of a sudden it is a problem. The "lady" was very rude when I stated that I have shopped here for over twenty years and have used my husbands check. "She " replies oh so for twenty years you used these checks? I said no not exactly that long. "She " was trying to embarrass me with "her" tone. I offered to call my husband, but "she" replied how do I know it's really him? Look "lady " I've shopped here for twenty years using money ! Not food stamps! I am a decent person .My husband called your boss who let me come back purchase my groceries using that check. If you treat all your customers like you treated me you will be fired soon! Speak to me with disrespect again and I will make sure you are.

This place can be quite spotty at times. I just came in here twice (on two separate occasions today) after dropping off some Uber riders, but when I went in the first time for two things (manilla folders and a bunch of plastic coathangers), I found the manilla folders all-right (bought en-masse at a better price than the half-that pack), but when I went to find the coathangers - that was a different story. I asked an employee where I could find 'em. They mentioned "Domestic", but there's no aisle labelled "domestic". I ended up checking the Walmart app (under in-store conditions) and I was found just a few aisles up from where I needed to be across the main sectionway from where I needed to be. (Glad Walmart's app had aisle numbers for these and a map to the section of the store they'd be found in.) But during that trip in, after checking out, I realized I needed to buy a pack of gum for my May 2019 airplane trip, and so took another purchase with the gum itself. However, after eating nearby (later) outside the store boundaries, I realized I had to make an unintended stop in for something else. I was unable to retrieve the other item, due to the Walmart app's fault in not giving me adequate results in my size and "style". I mean, I found what I could through browsing the store, but when I realized the pieces I found either weren't big enough for me (the "Husky" man) I knew I had to try elsewhere (only to find that the substitute was the same "style" and I decided to buy knowing their brand instead). During my last trip in to Walmart's here today, I had to use the bathroom. The bathroom too is looking a bit dilapidated. The one bathroom stall in the men's room doesn't have a lock or latch, and the other stall has a sticky lock with a broken latch-hinge to the closing mechanism. I'm just glad the toilet itself worked for it's intended purposes. I was able to wash my hands, but didn't even think about using the hand-dryer and my eyes got fixated on the paper towels to dry them off.

Update, they fixed the plumbing, for now at least. Maybe they actually read this? Now for my super pet peave. Employee parking. Please for the love of god designate parking for all associates. The east side of the building is a good spot because customers rarely park there because you almost never have the garden entrance open. Customers should not have to compete with your employees for parking. While you are at it, remove the derelict vehicles from the parking lot and shift all of the freeloading rv units into one area. Maybe enforce the 3 night rule? I have seen some there for weeks. I spoke with a so called manager a few years ago and suggested this and she seemed to think it was too hard to enforce amongst 400 associates. I beg to differ. Next the dairy department. Get a manager amd staff there that actually care about the customer experience. Just get the product and put it on the shelf. I cant buy it if its not on the shelf. The dairy department is routinely out of popular items.

The store is never stocked well, produce doesn't look that great. Long lines and no one collects the carts outside.

Two cashiers but twenty self hem outs. WTH. If I wanted to scan and bag my own grocery's I would have applied for a job here. The only time I used a self checkout I didn't receive a paycheck. What's the corporate number?
