Hours away from home with a bad flat tire and Shamro’s saved me.The owner himself found me crying on the side of the road, helped me plug my tire and get to his shop. I know no one wants to get a flat tire but I wouldn’t have wanted it to happen anywhere else you guys rock thank you!!!! A million times thank you.

Had my first flat tire on Saturday. I was able to patch it up enough on my own to make it through the weekend. A friend told me to bring it down to Tom on Monday morning. The tire was all fixed up within 20 minutes. Quick, easy, and friendly. I will be back in the future.

swung in here at 3:30pm on a Friday with a misfiring cylinder, and Tom & his team were able to diagnose, run to the parts store to grab an ignition wire, and get me back on the road before closing for the weekend. extremely good service, the kind that gets harder and harder to find these days. very honest & very fair. can't recommend them highly enough. thanks tom & team!

Tom and Michelle are absolutely fantastic. I feel so lucky to have found them — towing, repairs, tires, they do it all. Pricing is reasonable, and the work is very transparent. They do what’s right for what’s right’s sake — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Had a wonderful day at Bellayre Ski resort in the Catskills region (NY) with the family. When the snowstorm hit, my car got stuck really bad near the parking slot.Soon enough, skiers/customers started giving me names to call for a tow and, top of the list, they all mentioned Tom as a reliable professional.I called him and despite the extremely challenging road conditions he arrived soon. Tom was really skilled at clearing a path, towing, and getting my car back in work conditions. A truly expert.On top of that, Tom and his wife (that was working with him that night), are super kind, competent and thoughtful caring and smiling to my kids. He made sure I was able to drive until the end of the road leading to the main road. This is really more than you can expect as a customer.I truly recommend Tom Shamro.

Had my rim damaged on the way to Belleayre Ski Resort. Tom the owner was super welcoming and didn't overcharge me for the work done on my tire. If you ever have car issues up in this area I highly highly highly recommend this place. Great shop.
