First time here. I called and booked an appointment day in advance but I think they take walk in too. I got what I wanted and very happy with the result. I even got a mini massage on my shoulders which I really needed. 100% recommend.

I'm beyond livid right now and even have 2nd hand embarrassment FOR them that they could let a customer walk out so unhappy. From the moment I sat down, the lady files my nails crooked. Didn't clean my hands off or anything and went to start the color. I showed her how crooked 4 fingers were. She kept filing down the wrong sides and finally the woman next to her even saw she was doing wrong and filed for me. So now half of my nails are all the way short. Welp, on to the polish. Not only did she put like 4 coats each side, half the nails are chunky and some don't have the entire nail painted. After filing and cuticle cutting she didn't have me wash my hands or even clean them off ateast. Just continued on and you can see in the photos how that made my nails look, the skin around them white and that "just filed" feel. I told her square and my God, I could claw csomeone with how sharp the corners are. So once again her coworker sees and says to me "I will fix those are they too sharp and square?" ...clearly lady. They knew she did wrong. Instead of offering to redo them, or a discount or SOMETHING to make it right they gave me a TEN DOLLAR coupon. i thought it was a gift cert. Because she said "here is a gift certificate for you to come backs and try again" so I thought it was For a whole redo, but then I get home and saw ten dollars and ripped it up. So essentially they gave me this COUPON to come back, with the promise of the lady who's been there a long time, to do my nails the next time. Why would I even go back?! AND PAY AGAIN?! If they could let me leave clearly upset and KNOWING my nails were terrible, they should have fixed them right there for me. Highly disappointed and I would never go back, gift certificate or not. My 4 year old son prob could do a better job. And to insult me by giving me a TEN DOLLAR gift certificate so I come and give them more of my money again. Never in my life would I go back there. Save yourself the trouble. I should have listened to the reviews because just nope. Never again

I stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me, then a tech goes to the counter to help someone pay. I asked her a question and without responding she just walked back to her station. Super rude and a waste of my time. If you just told me you were busy I wouldn’t have been annoyed.

I did enjoy going here until a newer tech horrendously did my nails. I mentioned that her coats seemed a little too thick for application - she insisted she knew what she was doing. Left after waiting over a half hour to dry and within minutes my polish smudged - went right back in and the owner had to redo my entire manicure. I appreciated that but also wasted over 2 hours for a basic mani - pedi so with that, I was done.

Terrible place! Save your money and time and don’t go there. The acrylic set was off within 10 days. I went back to her and asked to redo all my nails she refused and agreed to do only the damaged ones; I told her that they’re not gonna last but she refused. I can’t tell you how painful it is to have half sticking nail especially with the hair when it gets stuck in the nail. Don’t go thereService: Manicure

I am extremely pleased with the beautiful quality work done by these ladies tonight. I came in for a last-minute pedicure, and was so delighted, I ended up adding a moisturizing hand mask and a back massage as well. Jenny began my pedicure and hand mask, and Amy finished it. They did a gorgeous and thorough job on my feet, which were in desperate need of a pedicure. My dry hands became so smooth and soft. Amy also did an amazing back massage. I came in with a painful back, made worse by the cold. I also suffer from back spasms. She made it feel better with her strong, wonderful hands. My achy, stiff back, neck, and shoulders now feel completely relaxed and quite pain-free. I was incredibly impressed with how hard-working and lovely and kind the staff is. Definitely recommend this place. 20/10. ???

I was treated rudely, rushed, and obviously left unhappy but it did not seem like she cared. The color of my nails looked nothing like the one I picked out and when I asked if it was the right color she just says "yea". Also left the powder way too thick, and left pink all over my nails. I don't think the service or nails I was left with was worth 45 dollars. I literally want to take them off

Although they are nice and helpful their prices are too high. I don't understand if I get a gel fill in why gel polish isn't included. They charge a separate price for that, not to mention if I have three services done in one day, why wouldn't my loyalty card be stamped three times. Smh I will not be going back.Services: Waxing

My pedicure was nice and fair priced. However, when the woman doing my feet tried to sell me a callus remover service and I denied it for personal reasons she began to speak about me in her language (assuming I didn't understand) to the worker doing my friends feet and act as if I was being cheap. Even if I was being cheap, THATS not your business. Someone was treating me and I did not want to be greedy. On top of that I did not believe it would work. AND IT DIDNT. She began being very rude and rough with my pedicure. When she came back to English she tried to make it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. AND LOOK now I'm on vacation and cannot even wear sandals because my feet are peeling. AND THEY NEVER HAVE PEELED BEFORE. My feet are tougher than they've ever been in my life ! That callus remover is a scam and I will never come here again. The owner is nice. She should put her workers in check and properly train them on customer service and cultural differences.

I've been here a few times, so I feel I can give a pretty credible review by this point. The employees here are sweet and will go out if their way to make sure they provide as close to the look you were going for as possible. For the most part. During my most recent appointment, I was going for a more nautical look, and I wanted a small gold starfish on the nail. Hand-drawn is what I had in mind, but I was told they could only stick these tiny stars on the nail. Cute, but not the look I was going for. Anyway, I still got a somewhat nautical look, and they were great in helping me find a glittery gold for my ring finger nails (a bit darker than in the picture from which I got my idea - and I showed them this picture - but it worked well enough for me). So the prices that I'm aware of: At the time of this writing, ~$12 for a regular manicure; $23 for a pedicure; $30 for a gel manicure; $5/nail for designs. I believe you can pick up to 2 colors without an additional charge (no design), but would be charged if it's 3+ colors. Please double check on that because I'm not entirely sure. I also wanted to comment on the massage they give that it seems most nail salons provide after your nails have been worked on. They give pretty good massages - they actually work on your soft tissue, not "massage" bony areas, something I've experienced at another salon (and that was a bit painful!). The salon seems to be pretty accommodating, whether you make appointments by phone or walk in (for the latter, they'll see you so long as there is availability, meaning empty seats and enough nail techs). Lastly, there appear to be regulars that the nail techs are familiar with. BUT, contrary to another particular salon (will not name drop, but *hint* it may or may not be the only other salon I've reviewed by this point), they don't show seem to show favoritism or blow off other customers in favor of serving these regulars.
