“I had always heard that many property management companies are difficult to work with, but Alejandra Orozco completely changed my opinion. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped me more than I ever expected. She was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping. Thank you, Alejandra, for making the whole process so much easier!”
“Needed an apartment ASAP in early 2021 after recovering from COVID. Needed first floor with out steps which would allow for wheelchair access. Lisa went out of her way to find me a nice place, videotaped a tour of each room and sent it to me. I was moved in within a week of her finding my new apartment. I love it. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you Lisa, Patrick and all of Sewanhaka Realty!”

“The whole team was very professional. We were kept informed On everything. They gave us a reasonable offer for our house. We were expecting little more but it worked out at end because they closed so quickly and that saved us few months of extra payments. Highly recommended!”
