I dropped my brand new 2024 BMW X3 off with Joe at Red Line Auto on March 28th and didn’t get it back until June 19th — nearly three months later. During that entire time, communication was almost nonexistent. I constantly had to chase Joe for updates, and whenever he did respond, it was excuse after excuse, broken promises, and outright lies about when my car would be ready.
To make matters worse, he promised me a brand new headlight as part of the repair. Instead, he gave me a scratched one and never replaced it with a new one as he said he would. On a 2024 car, that is completely unacceptable.
This entire experience was nothing but stress, wasted time, and disappointment. Joe showed zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for me as a customer.
If you value honesty, quality work, and timely service, stay far away from Red Line Auto. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I heard great things about Redline and their mechanics team. I haven’t had much success with finding good quality and dependable service. Fortunately I found Redline, as they worked on my wife’s truck and quickly diagnosed the engine problems. Well-done Joe (owner) and his team! I’ll continue to do business with Redline in the future.

Got work done here after knowing the owner for some time. They do good work but they will not cooperate with insurance on cars that will not make them alot of money (ie; sports cars, luxury cars). if you do not have an expensive car DO NOT COME HERE.
countless dodged calls and 2 months of waiting, for not even a call to be made after promised to do so on their behalf to my insurance providers for an accident that i had no part in whatsoever (an over night hit and run). To even try to set up an appointment for insurance inspection was met with weeks of stalling and "i'll call you back laters" . total 2 months wasted with lies.

Writing this review on behalf of my friend, Iryna Unlu. Took her car here as her windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. Without calling her to tell her how much it was going to cost, they took it upon themselves to replace her alternator and windshield wiper pump for $1042.00. I have never been to a mechanics shop where they don't provide you an estimate and ask if you want the work done before proceeding. My friend is Ukrainian and doesn't speak great english and she felt taken advantage of. When we called the shop, the guy who answer was incapable of telling me why they worked on her car without giving her an opportunity to decided if she wanted to pay their hefty price. Not the way business should be done, beware.

Very professional and informational mechanic's and tech's.. They answered my questions to the "TEE" about related work on my car. Work was completed by the agreed time, and I was called when my car was ready for pick up, and there was no hike up on charges. Price was set and did not change. I'll be going there for now on.
