Went to an open house associated Sewanhaka Realty. Waited on line for 40 minutes bc only letting people go one group at a time in the cold. Met with Lisa Koenig who after having seen us on line, told us we cannot see the house and if our agent were doing their job we would know that. Told us she can’t communicate with us any longer and rejected us from entering the home. The listing does not inform possible buyers of this “rule” that agent must accompany the buyers on the public listing. Rude, hostile, unfriendly.

dealt with a pretty nasty agent who works here making IMO racist jokes to talk away from, totally inexcusable awfulness going on with Sewanhaka Realty employee. craigslist-contact is a red flag IMO bc then they can't be held accountable. too much of these garbage realtors on LI. stick w the longer-term employees, not the new people they rush-hire.

Needed an apartment ASAP in early 2021 after recovering from COVID. Needed first floor with out steps which would allow for wheelchair access. Lisa went out of her way to find me a nice place, videotaped a tour of each room and sent it to me. I was moved in within a week of her finding my new apartment. I love it. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you Lisa, Patrick and all of Sewanhaka Realty!

If I could give this Realty Zero stars, I would. Let's start with me calling this office for an inquire on a house. A woman by the name of Lisa Koenig picked up with an attitude to begin with. Not a very friendly woman. She asked me several questions regarding preapproval which was not a problem to receive prior to viewing this home. At this point she was willing to show me the house with a pre- approval. I texted her a question regarding if she was the listing agent because I did not need a buyers agent due to my fiancé being a buyers agent and also the one looking to buy a home. Lisa Koenig called me Immediately! I was actually impressed on how fast she called me back but to my surprise, it was not a pleasant call. She started to yell at me saying that i did not know anything about buyers or sellers agents and that I do not know how real estate works. This woman was extremely condescending and unprofessional. I felt extremely disrespected and discriminated against!! In Lisa Koenig's Personal Profile, it states: Lisa wants to utilize her knowledge and experience to HELP guide sellers and buyers to make the right choice. That her goal is to try to make this process as STRESS - FREE as possible. This woman can not provide this support if she does not know how to master professionalism or to just be a kind person. Learn to speak with ppl with respect regardless if they have a buyers agent or not!

They found us our house when all the other realtors recommended that we search in a less desirable neighborhood. Patrick assured us that something would come up in our price range, and it did.

I called here and the a man answered the phone he was abrupt and seemed not to care that he was getting a call from a customer. He was kind of nasty as he told me there are very few apts that accept pets. Does he know people who are moving may need some encouragement? Very bad disposition and customer service for sure. I was not looking to move for a few months thats why I am calling now because I know it takes time...to find a suitable pets place but why was he rude? I will never call there and will not suggest to friends.
