Magnificent service... no hesitation to great, offered me water based on this HOT weather we have today and explained ebery detail towards my plan. Very appreciated. Definitely the best Verizon service I've ever gotten at any location .

Yasir just made our day at Verizon! My husband is overdue 4 iPhone generations ago and my teenage son busted his :(! Now we are in a predicament :/ thought we’ll just upgrade my husband iPhone & pay for it and give his iPhone 12 Pro to my son so everyone keeps their number. We came in expecting to pay for just a new iphone, but Yasir listened to our complicated situation and took the time to review all our accounts. He ended up making an amazing deal with us better than what we could find on Verizon online on our own. Because we were loyal Verizon customers with eligible iPhone trade-ins, we were able to go home with 3 new iPhone 16 pros free (after trade in promo) with minimal extra costs to our existing plan. Still despite busy store and being the only employee at the time dealing with customers, he still managed to handled everyone very professionally and efficiently. Very impressive! Probably one of the best customer service I’ve seen at a Verizon store… definitely will be recommending his service and coming back in future! Thank you Yasir :)!

Awful experience. I went here to pick up a router and they were seemingly busy. We were told it would be a while, when I asked for an estimate of how long I was given a major attitude and accused of asking them to abandon customers signing up for new services at Verizon which is absolutely not what I was trying to do. I was told I have to wait one hour, and which is unreasonable because the actual pickup took LITERALLY 50 Seconds and I knew it would be really quick so I didn’t understand why they wanted me to wait 1 hr when there are no seats, no water, nothing in the store. I also just gave birth 2 weeks ago and can’t stand for long periods of time and obviously don’t expect them to know that but their disregard for people and lack of common sense of how to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner without harming customers was infuriating. They had such an attitude just because I wanted a timeline of when I can actually pick up the router.
