I recently came in for an Express pedicure with Dorothy. She was very friendly and the overall atmosphere of the Salon was nice. Although, I do have a few suggestions and comments.Firstly, I do feel their services are overpriced. An express pedicure is $35, this pedicure should be renamed to "Polish Change" because that is all it is. They charge $35 for a polish change and rushed toenail filing.At other local nail salons its $25-$35 for an entire basic pedicure that includes callus filing and a 5-minute foot massage. I am not stingy, but It's over $50+ for an actual pedicure at New Beginnings.As the previous woman was leaving the chair, I did not see Dorthey unpack sterilized tools.I should've asked if she sterilized the tools before she used them on me because I feel its unsanitary using the same tools on multiple clients.I wish they used plastic liners for the foot pool because sterilizing the foot pools takes time and without proper disinfecting allows bacteria and viruses to harbor. She just drained the water from the previous girl and then filled it up for me.I also was surprised that Dorthey and the other pedicurist did not wear rubber gloves. Which did not bother me.Overall, New Beginnings Spa is a nice nail salon, but needs better sterilization practices. It was nice to be able to communicate with the Nail Artist and express any concerns and have a friendly conversation.I appreciate they use square space to easily book appointments and have Apply pay. I hope this review does not come across as offensive, rather suggestive criticism to improve the business. Dorthy was very nice.

Best place to get your nails done! Both ladies here are amazing but Dorothy is the one who does my nails. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. My nails look so much healthier now that Dorothy is taking care of them.

Immaculate and relaxing spa. Friendly atmosphere with good conversations. Dorthy goes over and beyond to accommodate her customers. She works long hours sometimes late nights. Great with nails and an amazing pedicurist. Definitely give this Spa a try, you will not be disappointed!

Sarah is literally the best at anything she does!! Been going to her for almost 2 years now. She does the best lash lift and tints that last. From the first day I met Sarah, she has this warming aura about her. She makes you feel so comfortable, and so easy to talk too. I always leave feeling confident. She is certainly a hidden gem. For a Wonderful Relaxing Mani Pedi this is the place to go! Excellent care was taken with my service, the owner was so kind and walked me through the process of a plexi gel manicure. This is the first manicure where I was asked if I had any ailments, allergies or circulation issues. I felt so at ease and comfortable. Lucky me it's local and so close to home! I have found my place of relaxation

I love New Beginnings Spa and the owner Dorothy. She pampers me every time I book a service with her. Yesterday, I had a manicure, a pedicure and my eyebrows done. The spa is always immaculate, and she follows all the rules for Covid19.

Had a pedicure this afternoon with Dorothy. As usual, a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and so nice to be pampered. All the safety protocols are in place, which made it very relaxing. I recommend New Beginnings Spa with a big 5 stars!
