For 4 months I waited for repair of my oven and a gasket replacement for my dishwasher. I had been using my dishwasher successfully up to the night before they came by adjusting the old gasket. They had charged me $100 for a new gasket. So 4 months later they instead took my door off, did not replace the gasket , removed the old gasket,And damaged the door controls. They took back the new gasket and did not do anything about my oven.

Didn’t want to work on my stove to convert it because the kit didn’t come with instructions? And instead of finding the instructions he’s telling me to do it myself and find it myself! Since when do the customers have to do your job!!! That is crazy.Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

The short version: Seth wasted 7+ weeks of my time and $430 of my money. My dryer was broken when I called him and remains broken to this day. My dryer started tripping the breaker, so I called and scheduled an appt. Seth came and said it was definitely the motor. He ordered a new one and said it should take 7-10 days. It ended up taking 14 days, and 21 before he actually came to install it. Immediately, the dryer had the same issue, and his tune changed to "it's definitely the electricity." It felt like he was throwing very expensive spaghetti at the wall rather than admitting that he had falsely diagnosed the problem and unnecessarily replaced the motor. Before he left, he did get it to work and said something about how the new motor may have just been tight and needed to loosen up. I felt very uneasy and honestly should not have given him the rest of the payment, but I'm an idiot. Sure enough, the dryer stops working the following week. Called him, was told he is on vacation. Had to wait another week. When he contacts us, he tells us he is going to pick the dryer up and bring it to his shop. He can't do that until the following week. This should have been expedited, considering he charged us $430 to fix something that clearly did not need to be fixed and also considering we then had to already wait a week once it broke again. Seth picked up our dryer and said we would definitely get a call by Monday or Tuesday. By Tuesday evening, we had not heard from him. My husband called and was told Seth wasn't available, but that he would call back tomorrow. Wednesday comes, no word from Seth. Again, my husband calls. Again, he's not available. We called again on Thursday and finally got a call back later in the evening. Seth can't figure out what is wrong with our dryer, will "possibly" drop it off at our home tomorrow (Friday) and if not, will "definitely" drop it off Monday. No apology and certainly no offer of giving us our money back. He is taking no responsibility for his lack of expertise or for the fact that he clearly doesn't have enough knowledge to fix our appliance. The arrogance is truly astounding. Save yourself time, money, and headache by avoiding this company at all costs.

I used this company through GE warranty/ GE Cares program for my refrigerator that is less than one year old. The service representative called to confirm the appointment, I confirmed. Bill called to say he was 15 minutes away, and then he never showed up. I called to see what happened, the service rep said, "No Bill works here" so I was concerned that someone had my number and address then she confirmed that a Bill in fact does work there. She said he went to the back door, but my ring doorbell says he did not come to the house. If he did, why the back door anyway? When talking to the female service rep, she was aggressive and rude and hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to make a new appointment. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND! My husband took a day off and we did not get a service appt. There are plenty of other appliance services that could do better. Feeling disappointed and frustrated over something that should not be this difficult. Please take my advice so that your experience is better than what happened to me today.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Excellent customer service.I put in an inquiry late at night and received a call first thing in the morning. Tech later called me to schedule (offering convenient times) but when I explained the brand of washing machine and issue I was having, he was very honest with me and explained that it is most likely not a fixable issue. I really appreciated their timely correspondence and HONESTY!! Other companies were looking to charge us $200 to just look at the machine. I did not end up using their services but 100% for any future appliance issues.

Seth was great! Responded quickly to my urgent call to repair our washing machine. For a family of 5 we couldn't be without it for long and luckily Seth came out quickly- assessed the issue, gave me a fair price and fixed my machine! Highly recommended

I've used Quality Appliance several times, and every time their staff are professional, courteous, and prompt. The technician always provides an easy to understand explanation of what caused the applicance to break down and an upfront estimate of what the repair will cost. Considering how much new appliances cost these days, the cost is well worth it most of the time.Service: Washer/dryer repair

The receptionist and front office people are extremely rude and do not go out of their way as far as Custumer service. After a year of battling over a part that is out if stock because of covid (so they said) they decided not to fix any Samsung (Kenmore which is owned by Samsung) refrigerators anymore.The technician Dale on the other hand is very professional and knowledgeable. He was always on time. He was able to diagnose the issue with my other appliances and I haven’t had an issue since the repair. Use your judgment when dealing with this company. Very frustrating to deal with.
