Had the original order been correct for Goshen, NY, my project would have been completed. So unfortunately your explanation lacks merit.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's easy to navigate the store and they pretty much have anything you'll be looking for. Prices as affordable to. This is our go to hardware store.
