“I have rented from a number of U-Haul locations and I can say this experience was one of the best. The staff at Wadeson was courteous, professional and efficient. This was my first experience renting a trailer, having recently had U-Haul at another location install a trailer hitch on my car. The staff member who processed my rental hooked up the trailer to my car, performed a brake and turn signal test, and ensured that I was all set to go. When I returned the trailer, the staff member who assisted me in unhitching the trailer was equally courteous and helpful. “Check in was fast and easy, truck had a hard time getting out of its own way when loaded, when loaded truck brakes were very soft, needed plenty of room to stop, checked back in at Middletown at 1:08 pm on 7/31/2022 , discovered oil leak inside of right front tire and last the radio didn't work.”
