I have used Yankee propane since 2006 and always could count on them no matter what the situation was and are very appreciative for that. I will say since Superior took over, the delivery service has declined substantially as well as the pricing. You now have to wait at least 10 days for a delivery even when you pay upfront for years. The customer loyalty they used to show is gone. The CS reps are still very pleasant and professional, but there seems like there is no urgency when you call with a request, they say they will notify dispatch but you don't receive any response nor satisfaction, other then the price increasing a month later after 1st increase. I understand prices go up but a month later! I will say when I called in January of this year, the rep was extremely helpful with the price they were charging and provided a reduced price per gallon and said it would be good for a year, which it wasn't stopped after 6 months which I was still grateful for. Not sure if deliveries still come out of Florida which is 5 miles away from me, but the delivery portion is extremely poor. It also seems they need more customer service reps, each time I have called there has been 25 to 30 people waiting with an average wait time of 25 minutes. They do call you back eventually when you request a call back.

Superior plus propane is super affordable. I can always rely on my to delivery being on time, and their customer service is excellent.

Very honest and communicable with potential customers who are in need of their products and services. The actual desire to go above and beyond for those needs, and the professional delivery of services. In today's world, a lot of these qualities no longer exist in business and you the true meaning of Customer Service and Satisfaction have been tossed out the window based on artificial intelligence and the outsourcing of Customer Service to third world countries because it is cheaper labor. I am grateful to find a company that restores those old values and appreciate that very much in a company.Thank you Superior Propane for the restoration of faith that you are one of the few who possess the qualities that I still expect in Customer Service.Best Regards, Annette E.

Prices are much lower than my previous supplier. They always show up exactly on time to refill your tank. The technicians I have dealt with are always professional and courteous.
