Margaret earned a 5 star review from me for not only creating one of the most exquisite bouquets, built around yellow roses (for my Yellow Rose of Texas daughter?) & included "Mango Callas" & a perfect variety of other flowers & greens. The colors, textures, sizes all complimented each other perfectly. She definitely has a gift for floral design!We did have a misunderstanding, but it was my fault for not being more clear.Margaret handled it with great professionalism & grace.I recommend her with all my heart.Thank you again Margaret!

Margaret, the owner, is so easy to work with. She listened attentively to our need and made three beautiful floral arrangements for a funeral service. Her flowers were so fresh. Those flowers were still blooming beautifully a week later.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Margaret & AB Florist! She made our wedding vision come to life! Our flowers were beyond beautiful and she was so helpful every step of the way! She even came to the rescue when our outdoor ceremony had to moved inside due to the rain and we couldn't be happier with the service! We were able to stay within budget while looking like a million bucks!

I feel so fortunate to find Margaret as my florist for my wedding. She is very gifted with color palettes as a florist, matching my bridesmaid dress color with the flowers. Her arrangements are very beautifully made and ours guests were even competing to take tables arrangements home! Margaret really goes above and beyond to make sure the big day is a huge success. Most of all, her pricing is very fair as she offers superb quality flowers. You will not regret working with her!!!

Thank you AB Florist (specifically Margaret) for making our beautiful open heart wreath for our friends Funeral. I gave Margaret two images as inspiration and she completely delivered. The communication was so efficient and thorough. I would completely go through AB florist again.

I'm from out of town and had to come to Queens for a funeral. I had to be there in a few days so made floral arrangements entirely over the phone. I was surprised at the exquisite detail and the amount of flowers I got for the price. I had texted her a few words of remembrances for two sets of flowers, and she wrote them out in very nice, warm handwritten notes that accompanied the flowers. Everything was so thoughtfully and professionally detailed. I can understand why this business consistently gets five stars.

Do not judge a book by its cover. This florist shop may be hidden underneath the LIRR train tracks, however it should have a permanent spotlight. This has easily become the ONLY place I go to shop for arrangements and special event flowers. Margaret has the best prices around and she listens to you. She creates magic from just an image, or invitation, or just by asking what colors you like. She works with your budget and is straightforward. Something that we need more of. From micro weddings, to baby and bridal showers, to my own wedding.. I have been nothing less but impressed and in awe of everything she creates. As an avid lover of flowers and design, Margaret is 5 STARS!

Without any doubt, going to AB Florist and working with Margret will be the best decision you made! She has worked on 4 different stylings of floral arrangements for myself, my family and my friends -and every single time she creates wonderful masterpieces with her flowers! The experience of working with Margaret can be as simple as showing an image of what you like and trusting her expertise and years of experience to guide you in the direction of what you are seeking. I highly recommend this place!!!

All I can say it WOW!!! I was very hands off on the flowers for my wedding and basically let AB Florist use their creative vision with my color palette. I was not disappointed!!! Everyone who came to my wedding couldn’t believe the way that the florals were arranged. She decorated my arch for my ceremony beautifully. The centerpieces were out of this world gorgeous my jaw dropped when I walked into the room! She even was able to hang greenery from the ceiling of my venue to feel like we were just cocooned in florals. It was absolutely breathtaking and I will provide pictures so everyone can see what an amazing job they do. 10/10 would recommend and I have to say I had the prettiest florals out of any wedding I’ve been to!

Needed flowers for my friend's mom's wake! AB Gardencenter did a great job. Beautiful floral arrangement (I asked her to use her professional judgement and just wow). I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

I came to AB Florist 3 weeks out from my last minute microwedding. I had a picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like but was told the flowers used in the bouquet were summer blooming. Margaret told me she’d try her best to replicate the bouquet and I actually loved it even more. Highly highly highly recommend. No nonsense, straight to the point, and beautiful flowers.
