Amazing service, Mike was really very helpful to choose our lights, we bought multiple chandeliers and lights in one day. They even helped us with an electrician who did an amazing job. Both guys there are very professional.they have a lot of lights to choose from. Would definitely recommend this place for lighting.

Michael and the owner of this lighting store are very knowledgeable and so very helpful. They helped us so much with picking out pendant lights for the kitchen island. They have a nice selection of lights and many others to chose from in the many catalogs in the store. I highly recommend this store for all your home lighting fixtures.

The customer service at Alibabi Lighting is absolutely excellent. They made the experience of trying to find light fixtures a very smooth an easy process. The really know their products and were able to guide us in the type of lighting we were looking for. Recently became a homeowner and I was clueless to exactly what kind of lights would suit my house the best. Right when I entered the store, I received welcome from Kevin and we connected right away. He asked me a few questions to get to know my house better, I remember very clearly Kevin said that “the type of lighting decides the atmosphere in the house”. Kevin gave me the suggestions and patiently planned out each one with me. It was a very smooth and comforting process thanks to Kevin’s help!

Excellent customer service and aftercare service. After I purchased a light the electrician installing it accidentally cut into the wire and claimed that the light was broken and that I needed to purchase a new one. When I explained everything to the store, they helped repair the light and made sure that we could still use the light that we originally purchased. Really appreciated their service and how understanding and kind they were throughout the entire process.

Alibaba lighting was an absolute win to get my new chandelier. Kevin was honest, professional and gave an excellent price /value. The store has many different styles so that you can get a feel for the many hundreds of styles in person. Kevin was then able to show me the different options in his brochures that he can procure.Kevin was very realistic and upfront about delivery time as there are supply constraints everywhere and with everything. This let me plan accordingly and manage my wife's expectations.Great place for its selection, knowledge, and honesty.
