They should not have blamed the client for their failure to e-demonstrate the samples clearly. It is essential to let the client know the exact product that the client will receive beforehand. For example, they charge $50+ for a small piece of “rider” but send the client the whole picture of the “rider” and the other big part which can cause big confusion and misleading.\\nHowever, I am glad that they try to make it up.

I came here to print my architecture portfolio after visiting several other printing shops that were unable to print the fine line drawings legibly and with high quality. These guys delivered. The drawings were crisp, clean. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for your printing needs
