We transferred 6 lines from other phone companies to AT&T, and they said they would let us trade in the old phone for a new one, which would offset the $3,600 cost. When we got the new phone, we asked to return the old phone to them, and were told to wait until the phone was finally processed before returning it. As a result, the process has not been processed for a month and a half. When we went to return the old phone, they said the time had expired. They did not tell me or remind me that I had to return the old phone within 1 month, resulting in a loss of $3600. Not only did they not help me deal with the problem, they also called the police to kick us out. We were deceived. I hope you will not be deceived.

There is a woman named Jamie in the store who wears a hat and a mask. This person is very cheating. I have handled many lines before here, and I have never had any problems before. This time I asked Jamie to handle it. She charged money randomly. I did not ask for next year up, but when I received the bill, I saw it. She did not ask me if I wanted this and just added it to me. This person has a very bad attitude. Please avoid this woman.

Horrible service most calls go directly to voicemail at least once a week due to inferior towers and outdated equipment never again their customer service is inept!!! Hello Verizon taking my 5 numbers and moving my family to Verizon e very unhappy

This is this person with a particularly bad attitude and arrogance. He won’t handle normal business. I may not get commission on the business I handle. Isn’t this your job? I have been scammed several times in this store. In the past, many businesses that did not charge fees also charged. I was promised 50 a month, but the discount disappeared after two months and became 60 a month. This store is very deceptive. I don’t recommend everyone to come!

It's so rubbish. It deceives consumers. My husband and I had three lines. We were overcharged 180. We found out that it was for mobile phone insurance. One line was 60. We were not told at all.
