The staff tricked me into signing up for their mobile phone plan, thinking it was cheap at first, then there were all sorts of extras, which he never told me about. The signal is very poor, do not join this carrier! I moved out in two days, and he's still charging me every month! I have asked the staff here for three times, but they still failed to solve my problem. They kept asking me to call att and shirk the responsibility! The staff were very bad and said directly that they were there to make money for the company and there was no need to help me solve the problem.

The esim card has expired because I changed my phone. The old phone cannot be used, and the new phone cannot be installed. It prompts me to make a call. I need to enter a password on the phone. I forgot the password. I have been stuck for 3 days. I went to the store today. The Chinese service is very considerate. 5 It can be done in minutes, just change the card, sim $5, esim $0, great, 5-star rating

Scam Alert!! I try to trade my Iphone X to Iphone 14 Pro Max. According to Flushing Store Manager Vincent Tran, Iphone X only can trade for $300, he say he can give me other better option, he request me to buy a used phone from his store and he will use this used phone to trade a Iphone 14 Pro Max for me. But I need to pay this used phone for $400 and after trading to the Iphone14 PM, I will only have a balance $200 for the new phone. So, I pay him $400 to buy a used phone and the balance $200 for the new phone, total $600. I ask him for the receipt. He say the receipt will send by email later on. After a month, I received a bill from AT&T show me that this new phone is in installment plan, I was shock!! Am I get scam ? and I find out that he never send me a receipt by email. I try to go back to the store to argue with this manger but he always not there. He is hiding inside. His co-worker always say he is not there, just say they can't help me, I can't imagine a store like this will scam people like that.

The store is supposed to close at 9 PM had to drive there get parking at 8 PM and the store was closed. Lights were off nobody home then I had to drive to 1 88th St. that store was open and it also said it was open until 9 o’clock almost didn’t make it.

worst experience ever. Woman and guy with mask at the front are extremely rude, and im switching to verizon because so today. So many issues and as customers you have to either deal with these rude salesman or call their even less helpful customer service line. ive been on their most expensive plan for two years but unfortunately this month will be the last time Ill ever pay at&t. never again.

The sales in the store located on 39-15 Main St, Queens, NY 11354 and your trade-in department are irresponsible and unreliable. They made a mistake when I traded in my iPhone 12 Promax for iPhone 14 Promax. I turned off find-my-iphone on the phone that I traded in, but I didn't receive the full trade in amount because your trade-in department claimed the find-my-iphone on my phone wasn't turn off. The sale in the store verified find-my-iphone was turn off and I have the receipt from the store to prove it. I contacted the store and it took almost 5 months for the store to start an investigation. The trade-in department claimed they're correct and would not take any responsibility. The store manager told me it could take up to a year and cannot guarantee that I could get the credit I deserved. When I contacted the royal customer dept, the supervisor said the trade-in department check the phone manually and she cannot guarantee there is no chance of human error. She kept telling me there is nothing she can do. The quality of customer service and accountability demonstrated by your employee truely disappointed me.
