The store is very unorganized, what customer is next you don't know, plus there racist. The Asian lady said I was rude months ago so I won't be serviced. She said if I don't leave she'll call the police on me. I didn't do anything to insight the police coming. I don't know who that lady is she didn't identify herself, I don't remember what happened several months ago, but whatever happened doesn't warrant me and my wife being banned from the store. At flushing main Street 39th Avenue. Had to go to a smaller store on Northern Blvd and pay more.The store on 150-19 Northern Blvd is very good but it's a little more expensive because it's an authorized dealer. Online maybe $20 cheaper.

Wonderful experience I've had in a long time at an AT&T store. At other AT&T stores, they made me wait so long that I just walked out and went to the next store.
After visiting two stores, I came to this store. There were a few customers in the store and it was very busy, but they still helped me right away. I purchased a new phone, a new Ultra watch, and the new earbuds. I also got a lot of discounts and walked out with excellent service and a happy face. The after-sales service was even better. Thank you!

I highly recommend anyone to have phone service through AT&T location here on 150-19. We are highly satisfied with their excellent customer service and go extra mile customer care attitude. The staff and the owner- Mr. Han of this location is very helpful and store is always well organized. It is also conveniently located. You should get your phone service here.
