It was my first time in an Audi dealership and I left extremely happy unlike any other.
Mr. Jaiyeola (JT) helped me in my pursuit of a new vehicle very knowledgeable of the brand and above all patient. There was never any feeling of pressure or being rushed like I got in other dealerships. He took his time to understand my needs in a vehicle in which I am in today, he has even reached out after the purchase to make sure my needs were continually met with the vehicle. He is highly recommended as well as this dealership, great experience!

We had an amazing experience at Audi Queens. We had been to other dealerships and while the staff was nice, the level of service we experienced when we found Patricia at Audi Queens was on a different level. From the time I called the dealership to ask a series of questions, Patricia answered every single one and assured me that if I came In she could help us make a deal. She more than delivered and we left the dealership with not one, but two cars. We had no intention of doing that but when you come across someone like Patricia who makes it clear that she cares about the person and not just the sale, you can’t pass that up. The manager was also amazing. I could go on and on about the experience. The location was also modern, clean and just all around great. I highly Recommend Patricia and Audi Queens.

On January 26, 2024 my car was stolen. Without sleep, broken and devastated, I went to Audi of Queens in the morning and I met Stephanie Sim. She informed me that there was one black 2024 Audi RS3 available very similar to my car that was stolen and damaged. I recently purchased a 2024 Audi RS3, and I can’t speak highly enough about Stephanie’s exceptional service over the past five months. Her professionalism was evident from the start—she was always responsive, even on her days off, and her friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Stephanie’s extensive knowledge of the Audi brand was impressive, and she ensured I received my car quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Stephanie, for making this experience so seamless and pleasant! Thank you for getting management involved and getting my car to arrive sooner than expected.
9/16/24 Update: I recently had my 2024 Audi RS3 serviced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism from the team at Audi. From start to finish, they kept me informed with frequent updates, ensuring I knew the progress every step of the way. The attention to detail was outstanding—they made sure my car was well-protected, ensuring it stayed clean and free from scratches during the service.
A huge thank you to John and Sebastiano, the managers, for their hands-on approach, and to Jhael, the service director, for overseeing such a smooth process. Jonathan Caraballo also deserves special recognition for his excellent support. Audi even provided high-quality loaner cars while my RS3 was being worked on, which made the entire experience even more seamless.
This level of customer care and service has truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Audi service department for their professionalism and dedication!
