To the guy who told me “ what are ya waiting for..” When a customer comes in to purchase an item you should show a little respect. If you hate your job or your position…Change it. Show a little respect and courtesy when working for a business. I’m pretty sure this attitude was not in the company training if you had taken it. They say don’t judge a book by its cover… maybe I should have made you carry the battery out for me and install it. But after that I don’t want you 10 feet within my vehicle. Buyers be ware, cashiers with stink attitudes. Might as well pay the chop shop guys to go in and install for you, they got better attitudes. 2 stars cause I still need parts.

It is ridiculous that you go to this autozone. Parking is limited, and most of it is being taken up by people play mechanic in the parking lot. It's become disgusting Guys hanging out drinking beer, screaming yelling. I cannot understand. How the manager of this store allows this horrible.We'll never come back to this autozone

The bad reviews of this place have merit, I doubted it at first before experiencing the service at this AutoZone. It’s likely a result of the senior management team, everything seems to be “out of order” to avoid having to help customers since they seem to be understaffed. The younger employees aren’t to blame for this, of course. Overall, I would not rely on this AutoZone.

My battery died and I had to jump start it. Went inside to swap my battery. Bought the battery. Asked someone for a pair of pliers so I could swap it. They said I would have to buy them. They didn’t lend any tools or offer any help.

Cursed out by Britney when they dont want to properly process a refund to my card, after I had to purchase the same item twice because autozone scammed me using fraudulently offered Next Day shipping.
Refused to refund to my method of purchase.
Refused to contact customer support or corporate.
Autozone currently has the money for my item, times two, and next day shipping for an item they admitted they never even intended to ship on time but advertised for it anyway.
Came to store because customer support told me to bring it in to get refunded
Instead I left there scammed out twice the money for my item, plus overnight shipping costs, and I've been disrespected.
Sad day today at this autozone, because I've been a customer there longer than Britney's been potty trained.
Autozone refused also to cancel the order or to contact FedEx to arrange the shipment arriving on time.
FedEx was willing to expedite to at least almost meet autozones advertised shipping expectation 12 hours late.
Autozone refused.
Following leaving the business, I called autozone support again, who wanted to give me the release codes to give to Britney to be able to put the refund money onto my card.
Needless to say, this didn't happen, as before I called support again, i left as Britney was refusing to do her job and sat in the corner talking trash like a preteen at me in front of other customers and staff.

I went to change the car battery, but they said no because it was drizzling outside. One person keeps saying it's our policy! I really didn't understand, and they didn't even explain why. So I went somewhere else.

How convenient. They don’t let you have the computer to scan the check engine light. Everyday it’s out of order…
